physics were off, in one frame i can tell that you flipped him so he'd land like that, anyway work on stiffness, physics and a tiny bit of easing...

Alot smoother than most beginners here. When he's running, you need to animate the arm moving back and forth to make it more realistic/believable therefore improving the animation. The flip was pretty good, you certainly have potential.
