    This stuff low-med beginner, It has absolutely no easing , pretty shaky limbs at times,
    choppy and very stiff. I suggest To look at some tutorials and see where those get you.
    try to ease and make the sticks flow with the onion skin, also pay attention to other frames to eliminate shakiness. As for choppenis, I suggest put more frames in between.

    The things you need to work on are:

    Easing.

    Here's an example of easing (every | is a frame)

    ||-|--|---|---|--|-||

    Movement spacing.

    This is basicly a part of the "speed" in the animation, making it flow.
    every | is a frame.

    The space is important

    ||-|--|---|-----|---|--|-||


    Work on that and u will soon be high beginner. o:
