    the floor moved to much dont shake it every time they hit each other
    also at the end his hand stopped for like a frame to me every thing else waz alright

    But work in easing , smoothes and read Baha tutorial...

    I think you understand some smoothness but what you need to learn better is stiffnes moving every joint so you can get rid of that do that and inters will be easy.
