all of the anims is very stiff. try to move all the joints to reduce the stiffness.

Its way unrealistic, the stick kind of just turns 90 degrese on the oringin and falls to the floor. Also try actually using a floor

Ok dude, we are thrying to help you.
    Now,

You are are really stiff and uneased. Now incase you don't know, stiffness is where you move every joint per frame. Although, dont make it look shaky, but that is something else.
Ok, for stiffness, all you basicly have to do is apply easing to moving all of the joints per frame.
    Here are two examples
    Stiff and uneased:

    Unstiff and eased:

    Keep practicing.

    Re: Plasticnemesis's thread

Also once stiffness is gone add easing by moving a stick like this:
    |-|--|---|----|-----|----|---|--|-|
    | = frame, - = spacing
when moving a stick make it move fairly slow at the beginning then speed up then slow down again. Baha's tutorial is very helpful.
