ZOMFG! You sure that's your first EVAR animation??? Cuz thats med beginner! Omg...
Super good! Work on stifnes though, the back didn't move at all when he landed. Move every possible joint, every frame. And when he lands, make him bend over of the shock by hitting the earth. That will make it look real. Keep it up man! You pwn!

Easing. Move the joints like this: |-|--|---|--|-| and it'll be better.
Also, yeah, work on stiffness. Move every joint of everything you're moving in every frame.
Physics, too. When he splits and comes back up, he shouldn't do it immediately, though if you ease it, it should be simple anyways.
Better than some people do, though, and that's always go.
Btw - was that a phone he was holding?

Yeah I created a phone for him so that I could test moving 2 objects at the same time.

what frame rate do you use? try upping that, it helps with smoothness.
this was pretty good, it could've been a lot worse. same things: stiffness and easing.
foot placement was actually pretty good though, and that's hard. keep at it!

You're really good for a beginner. Just work on some movements and positions, and u'll be on your way up.
