    Re: I started Pivoting today

I tried to make the second one better: http://uploaded.pivothost.org/EmoGavero ... ne6fx1.gif

I think that for the amount of effort I would have to put in to make this any better, I would have to start from scratch again. =/

BTW: How would I make props and hair? Do I need to use Pivot 3.0 to do that?

These were good for your tries. Remember tutorials help. Id say work on stiffness( move every joint) and easing. Once again, good for your first tries.

Our Animations~ They start as ideas, then turn into scenes, then becomes "the" movie

To makes props and hair, you just make them in the stk maker. Except turn them static which is the button that looks like X-> or something.

These are really good for first pivots, it looks like you put alot of effort into them. The most important thing right now is to use a stick with backjoints, neck, and proportionate limbs so it's easier to animate with. Like this: http://upd.animatorhost.com/fuddermu...efaultb55e.stk

^^My new Pivot. The guy is hitting something on the ground with the club. I'll add that later, but I'm working on realism right now. =3

when ur making an animation try to use a floor, work on ur fundimentals:
    e.g easing stiffness and physics

keep it up and also if u want some sticks go to http://www.droidz.org

they have a lot of catergories to choose from
