Choppiness is an issue, I would suggest having your punches last longer. Also, don't have the guys stop moving for a bit then move a lot (looking at when he is leaning on the wall near the end). What I have learned that is helping me is to have them hardly ever stop moving, just have them move slowly, then quicker when they get punched, or in your case have him slowly sliding down the wall, then get way faster when he is punched down. Another thing is when he was punched up in the air to the wall, he moved a bit slow. If he was really getting punched that hard, he would go faster and probably bend more. When the hair guy landed that punch, I think he would have some recoil. Oh, and I just noticed that one moment he is leaning over the wall, then he is shot in the head and falls down off-screen. Wasn't there a wall there? It is these little things you will have to look out for. They happen to me a lot too.
So, good overall, but needs work on choppyness and a few physics problems.

PS: are you related to Cap'n Crunch? :P
