    i see your animation need alot of work you need to try easing,

    Everything steel said, liquidy and easing is what you need to work alot on, low begginer.

    You seem to have discovered easing, now just perfect your easing. Also, you are very stiff, try moving more joints. Watch yourself in a mirror doing movements, and see how you other body parts react. Then try transfering those movements into Pivot, it will give it a good realistic feel. Overall good job for a just started beginner.

    Oh, and make your dimentions smaller, just go up to Options and make those a bit smaller, maybe 504 x 410, those are close to the defualt. And when exporting as a GIF, to make it good size, make the first box 6, and the second 2.

    ANDDDDDDD, better than uploading into the post, upload it to a site like Imageshack, or maybe **********, which I tend to use.
