    For the punch animation, the frame-rate was really slow. Try fixing that, and it should be better Also, the floor looks slippery with the way they both slide around, look up some physics stuff. Most of it's also very stiff, try doing what Sage said and move every joint in every frame, even if it's a single pixel.

    Ok. Cookz, ya need to check out Baha's tut. For one, in the punch, the guy doesn't slide across the floor. He stays in place. Two, the punched guy's reaction was off; he got hit in the head, but you reacted it as if he was hit in the groin. Check Leo's Reaction Tut. These are both under Pivot Tutorials.
