    My animations

This is my first animation kinda. I was trying some tips I've learned As you can see by the end, I am freaking horrible at blood, but I just really started making animations with blood so... Oh well, here is the link.
    1st. http://img232.imageshack.us/img232/5...susblue0bs.gif
Test pretty much. Just working on kicking, physics, punching mostly. Whoa... it sped up ALOT when I hosted it.
    Slower: http://img76.imageshack.us/img76/1237/fightslow7ij.gif
    2nd. http://img138.imageshack.us/img138/7...htfinal6vv.gif
3rd. i tried to make it as realistic as i could and to make gravity do its full job on the sticks. Here 'tis: http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/278...omsmall3az.gif

Very good for a first- it ran kind of slowly, but it was fairly smooth...work on physics ( a lot) and i recoommend watching some people do the moves you are trying to do so you get the details down =)

Well, you have to improve overall (like me) but a couple of the main things are:

Make sure gravity has it's full effect, they kinda floated in your anim there,
also, make sure to think about he limits of a body, that bend over backwards is impossible by itself, or if you are going to do that move the legs to make it look like he had a chance of balancing,

Also, try to speed them up a bit, that was fairly smooth but quite slow,

Make more and get better ))(*

Yeah dude your blood wanst very good...but it were very awesome for a fist...try towork on jumoing and another moves...just try to add more frames to your moves, will be more realistic....i've reccomend you to watch a few xiao xiao series at http://www.stickpage.com...you can have some inspiration up there...

Just keep up the work...and you will go improving your animation...then you jump to inters...and then vets...and who knows Pivot's best!

around since the msn group Pivot Animation, those were the days !

Heh... I watched it another time through and see exactly what you mean ) . Thanks for that tip. Alot of my other experiments are a bit like that, hardly any gravity effect at all.

Yah try adding some physics. Like when a stk gets knocked on the ground, try and make him use his arms and legs to push hiself off the ground, instead of just floating up. Try out some walking tests, and other simple movents like that.

It always helps to look at other peoples animations for help aswell. Just dont copy them, use them for refence only. good luck

Your new one has many of the same problems as before, but it is an improvement,

Still the problem with gravity, there is one part where the guy on the right floats in the air completely,
Try to now think about realistic actions, when you jump you don't just float up, your legs bend and you push up quite hard in order to get anywhere,
Try to make the knees bend more, they are fighting like they are mummies all wrapped in bandages, they have to be a little more relaxed if you get my point.
Still need to try and speed it up, it looks almost like robots doing the fighting,
Most of it is smooth, just try to keep it that smooth while making it faster as well, hard, but possible i hope.

Keep at it ))(* it's clear you're getting better

take a little time on your anis like when they walk look at your self in the mirror and see how u walk then youll get walking a little better and jsut look at some tuts (tutorials, bottom of main forum) so keep animating and ull be good!

About time... I haven't been able to post here for a while because of some personal problems, but now everything's worked out and I can get back to animation ) . Here's some of my new ones:
**Sorry if they run really fast or really slow. They either speed up alot or slow down after I host them**
    Pretty much a motion test:

    Dominos, running and flip test:

I'll be updating quite a bit now that I am back. Advice is greatly appreciated.
