    hey, umm... yeah, you really need to work on well everything, choppyness, stiffness, no easing, bad foot placement. you have the right idea, you just need to work on animating that idea nicely. and when your new, and (no offence) aren't very good at pivot, its alot better if you don't use the effects and stuff, or, awesome sticks. It just.... yeah, just get better with the basics, like bases and stuff, then move on to all of the effects and stuff.
