    I have been using pivot for like 2 months now and I am not very good I am very aware of what you do on pivot just...how you do it.

    Hmm. 2 Months is ok for what you got. But he looked like he was leaning while walking. However lots of practice or lots of Tutorials (they help me) will get you far. I don't know how far.

    Like me i don't set my goals like: "OK i'm going to be like bert and animate awesomely" because I can't yet. Only through Practice and Learning from others will you get REALLY good.

    Like I said earlier for 2 months this wasn't bad.

    there was lots of unrealism, uneasing, unsmoothing, anyway... yeah, it was really crappy.
    i recommend you reading bahas tutorial, it will really help you.(theres a link in my sig.)

    very choppy not eased at all work on stiffness look up tuts yea thats it..

    Besides easing and choppyness, your foot placement is all over the place. Try to keep your foot joint in the same spot as last frame until it's ready to be lifted off the ground. And easy way to do this is just follow the onionskin(grey thing behind your guy). Low Beg until you fix that. But otherwise it's all pretty good.
