First of all you just started pivot so your rank would be low beg, secondly you need to make tests before you can do long animations. And to rank you we need more of your animation. Welcome to Darkdemon read the rules and have fun.
To improve i sujest watching some tutorials on Darkdemon.

That was a very nice animations, very entertaining and you did a good job with the length. But you need to learn the basics like easing and stiffness. Also, keep the feet with the onion skin, that helps with foot placement. The best thing you can do now is keep practicing and never give up. Also, take a look at some of the tutorials in the tutorial's section. They can help a lot.

Nice idea. But sadly it lacks the basics. Thet are stiff, choppy, uneased and a lil' unrealistic.

Look at tutorial to find out more but i can help with stiffness. Basically move all of the red dots a lil' each frame.

that's very stiff, shaky and uneased, try working harder and reading some tutorials, also, when animating, make longer animations.
