    Hey Rayde.

Alright, that diver animation was good, I liked the idea, and the build-up, but you have to work on easing, stiffness, and physics.

Easing - Get a line. Then, move it a bit to the right, hit next frame. Move it a bit farther, more this time, hit next frame. Move it a lot farther out, hit next frame. Move it a bit more to the right, next frame. A teensy bit more, next frame. That is basically easing.

Stiffness - Very still figures, not good in Pivot unless they are dead. Try moving every joint every frame.

Physics - The effect of gravity on a figure. Try moving the figure the least at the peak of the jump or throw, whatever.

Try some tutorials, like Baha's Tut, in my sig, great help.

    Hope it helps,

    Gabe

For a start in animation, the animation was pretty good.

It lacked physics, easing and had a bounti-ful amount of stiffness.

Do what .Gabe said and look at some tuts, I am expecting more from you Rayde

    Lots more

I like how it didn't end, just cut it off and restarted, gives...suspense to the animation, keep up the goods work and you will be High-Beginner in no time!!!

your skills are pretty choppy and stiff man, also veeery uneased and unrealistic, try using more physics and moving every joint per frame, try reading bahas tutorial, and do longer animations...

Well rayde, you have good animations, and they look smooth but theyre very stiff in the back, everyone is saying bahas, but I suggest P2ks he really helped me alot so far...form what I can see your not that bad, everyone else got the main idea...

You need to learn basic movements before you go onto harder animations. For example, make a guy punch, than punch kick, than punch punch kick, than make him punch a guy, punch kick him, etc.
