    Your animation's pretty good, movements we're a bit weird, and that's probably the most important thing in an animation, not easing, and it's called movements-spacing by the way.
    I liked how you made that wood thing popping-out of the floor.

    Nice animations, but all your animations need work on easing.
    Choppyness is also one of your problems, don't move your stickmen to much move the joints small a few pixel and don't make it a slideshow., but don't 4got to ease.
    Shakyness is also their. don't keep moving the joints everywere or ull have shakyness.

    this is cool, just put more emphasis on your attacks and... ease.
    lol just search ease and you'll come up with a billion matches.

    put simply, easing is starting the first few frames slow and then progressing to fastness, then it slows down to slowness and finally to stopness.
    think of it like a racecar, does it start at 300mph? or stop at 600mph? No.

    thx for the criticism but i have no problems with easing....all these animation push me to the 3d and complex movements so easing wasnt really a main priority, then again they all need easing

    All you need to work on is foot placement. Like you said, you need to learn to ease. That's it. Courtz?
