    Well, its good for a new guy. U need to use easing. Also work on stiffnes. Move all the joints on the stick. And try to make the animation dynamic. Try to move all the figure's joints for every move. Eased camera effects will make it look alot better. Thats all and keep it up!

    wwaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy too fast. lower the framerate. also, you need a lot of easing.

    its pretty simple, and there are a bunch of tuts on it. oh and work on stiffness too.
