First of all, there is alot of stiffness meaning you don't move every joint / limb / red dot in every frame. To address this, just move every red dot every frame.

Second, you need to ease. Start the movement slowly and then let its speed build up and then slow down before coming to a stop, like so : | is a frame and - is movement speed.

    |-|--|---|----|-----|----|---|--|-|

You need to use a differant stick as the default ones suck. Try downloading a decent base off Droidz.org.

You're kicks and punches and stuff lack power, to address this, add a small tremor as the punch or kick hits the stick.

Can't be assed to be more detailed, but oh well. Keep trying man. Low begginer.
