Ok first off I think you need to look at some tutorials, I recommend Baha's (in my signature).
    It'll teach you the basics,
    Easing
    Physics,
    Movements.
    Etc etc.
Once you've had a look I'll comment properly.

why can this guy be helped(mentored) by a inter and i don't??

That animation was stiff, like sprite said, it's very choppy, shaky, uneased and unrealistic, try reading baha's tutorial, it helps a lot begginers, when you masterize it, make a longer animation, with lots of colors and frames
    good luck
    Low begginer

None of the basics are applied here, watch some tut's like baha's or just short simple ones and string them together, there's things like stiffness, easing, and fluid motion that you need to make at least a simple pivot, I liked the Idea though, watch some effect tutorials, to that would improve your concept here

I just started as well, but I think this would look much better if you just had moved multiple joints at once, like when he bent backwards, and also when that guy shot the arm thing, it'd be cool if it didn't pause out of nowhere.
