Okay so these are very good for a first, but they are very stiff, try moving every joint in each frame if its neccesary that is.

also keep all of your animation to one post okay just use the edit button.

Alright, first you save it as a gif, i guess you already know how to do that, then go to a gif uploading site, such as PivotUP or ImageShack.
Upload it there and copy and paste the link to the gif that you uploaded to your thread/post, highlight it and click the button that says Img. it should look something like this:
    Code:
    [img]your gif link here[/img]
Ill get into more details about hotlinking.
Hi guys, I'm back again, check below for my thread

It's clear your new to pivot, but your doing pretty well for a beginner. Just follow Baha's tutorial in the Tutorial section (No, it's in the Flash section -.-) and try -not copying- but recreating with your own style what he does. Like walking, running, simple combat. I suggest to do lots of tests, and try to make long animations.

if you do what all these guys are telling you to do, one day you might.
Read bahas tut it comes in handy. and I would recommend making animations fight each other, (sorry i didn't look at your YouTube thing so I don't know if you have)
And move every joint in each frame gives the stick a more flow and more realistic movement.
