Erm try using http://www.pivotup.com and reduce your gif images by half that would be great..
You need to learn easing itís the speed of what anything moves; you always gain speed a car doesnít start 90 mph.
Read bahas tut it will really help you out..

    Re: My beginner animations

I highly suggest you read Baha's Tutorial, once you've read it you'll understand the more concepts about animating with pivot.
Here's a link to the tutorial, P.S. Most of the piv files are broken so just read the written information.

OMG WashingtonDawg you have triple post!
Well, for the beginner it is not bad, but you need to work over smoothness and over easing. Good luck and to welcome on Darkdemon!;D

    Re: My beginner animations

Don't make long animations if you don't have the basics down, like I said read Baha's tutorial and then practice, practice, practice.
