    wow, i thought low beginner was like when you just throw a stick figure around with no intent to care about the realism, harsh comments.

    no.. i think low beginner is where you haven't got the hang of easing and stiffness, being low beginner isn't really that bad, once you get the grips with easing you'll move onto med beginner, then once you master easing and improve stiffness, make your animations more fluid, realistic and so on, you'll be high beginner
