    ok 1st, size down your animations, to 2. and work on movement, smoothness and dont use the defult stks.

    Do this by looking at tuts, getting Dark seriouph to help you and, try to move each skt less each frame. I think you have potential. keep it up.

    pretty good

    the ani's were pretty good but the 1st 1 the effects were shi*
    and the walking was ok


    but you need to fix the physics on the 3rd mostly

    Thats what my friend said, not to use the defult stick, so thats why the 3rd(running) one has my own stick in )

    basically, what shredder said, except i'm actually going to give you some advice instead of posting no help at all to get my post count up -_-
    the running animation,bit wierd at the start lol.
    now, you've moved the stk only a small amount each time in an attempt to make it smooth, however, because you haven't used GIF ops, it comes out very,very slowly -_-
    when he falls down he falls down a bit wierd.
    the running, when he runs, he flicks his front leg back each time on the landing, just try a straight leg to land.

    OPT OPTIONS

    right. when saving as a GIF put the frame delay up to 6, uncheck merge,crop,and pallette.
    you'll improve with time

    direct links please instead of just embeding the images. Work on movement seems to be abit of a problem with your present animations.
