Well, they're very shaky, pay more attention to the onionskin while you are animating. Stiffness is another matter, just start practicing moving every joint in every frame. Doing that will be essential to reducing stiffness.

Right now, low beginner, they're good animations, but just keep practicing so you can perfect your running and basic movements, you're on your way!

    Keep it up!

Are you serious? Its a running loop...

Anyway, the animation was quite good for a begginer, didn't like the ball animation much though, the physics were really messed up and the ball never slowed down or lost height, it was the same height the whole way through. On you're first run, his arms were not eased and it didn't look like they crossed, instead it looked like they twitched every few seconds. The second one was kinda bad. Not to be nasty but the legs need to move more. Anyway, medium begginer I guess. Can't really rank you properly on that stuff. :]

it was stiff and need easing i think u tried to ease but u did it to dramatically like this
/-/---/-------/---/-/ but it should be like this /-/--/----/--------/----/--/-/ take your time and if a limb is going one way don't make it suddenly go another ease it into position. the ball wasn't bad though it needs more frames because the movements are good but to far apart.

Hmm, You need to learn alot lets start with easing.
First i'll start with your easing then i'll go to the proper way.

    Pivot file.
    Bad - your easing.

    Piv
    Good - proper way.

Easing is very important, you don't need to worrie about it though it comes naturally.
Just keep animating and it'll come.
Ok second you have a MASSIVE stiffness problem you got to move EVERY single joint to
get rid of stiffness you only move about half of the joints each frame, Try let the stickfigure flop a little more let if flow. It's also very choppy,
This is a little harder to get rid of try to not make such awkward movements, smoothen it out a little. you have alot of basic problems check out some tutorials, make some test you don't have to post everyone of them but it's great practice.

Now lets start with the first run. it was stiff choppy and it looked as it stop half way. Did you double frame it by accedient? fix that. It's also the same on the second run.
But the ball/physics animation was a lot better it, it was simple, but you got a little easing down on it.
Keep animating, each animation you make the better you get.
So keep up the good work and you be great.
Ok so far, keep it up.

Cool guys, thanks for comments. I'm working on some new ones and will add them when they are all done, so far they look much better than these haha. Once again thanks for the comments, especially SteelSprite, he wrote an essay
