    I have to agree with Angel of Grief.
    Try working with your movements, don't just stop your animations without easing them to their halt. Also, you should work on moving all joints In every frame. Not alot of movement unless your animations call for It. (Things like heavy spacing).
    Look at a couple of animations and tutorials on what you need to work on and practice them.

    (What surprises me Is that you don't do much fighting animations that I see In new topics so I can't tell you what I tell them)

    Or perhaps thats just me being (to)-(into) people's animations.

    Go look at some tutorials man. You do need to work on a lot.
