    Re.
Really, these animations are not all that crappy.
You need to work on your choppiness,(don't move joints in opposite directions without easing them to atleast a complete stop) and making your animations smooth. An example of this is in your first animation.
When the red figure kicks the blue one, his arms move up then down in what seems like two frames apart, don't do that.

Your animations don't really have any easing in it.
Space your movements, start out with little movements about || that big apart
then increase the size of the movements to something like |--| that
    then this |----|
and then you start to minimize your spaces |--| and until you come to a stop.|-|

    |= a circle of figure that you are using to test this
-= the spaces between the last spot your figure was (grey outline)

And the last thing is movements. Make your movements like some one would do them in real life.

    Thats about it.

    :/
Try to move every joint in every frame.
Add a few frames and take your time with it.
I am advising you to start with besics.
walk , run punch jump ect.

    It is ok I guess.

    Re: Very Short Pivots

I can see you probably just started. Just work on everything. Easing, spacing, physics. Enter some collabs to encourage yourself to get better. The frame rate needs to be adjusted. It's seems like it's at 7. either that or you used to much spacing. But just keep practicing nonetheless. Low beg.
