    LOL. noobs trying helping noobs.

anyway so the monk is kinda defying gravity so you might want to simulate a bit higher gravity. the easing was pretty good and so was the stiffness. but it did look a little stiff in some places. move every joint in every frame. that really helps you get to inters faster. and you might want to add a ground. it his feet were going all over the place. i can see you were trying to do that i a little bit but it was kinda over done. the fps did look a little low. (what is is? 15?) might want to push it up to about 18 fps. then it would look a bit smoother. right now your about; med-high beg.

Stiff, slow, not very well eased. Try to work less on taking time on moving your guy and work more on trying to thing about how to space every movement of your stick and move every joint every frame.

There was a lack of ground leveling.
Also, when he fell on the ground, he should've bounced. It looks a little strange without it.
Some places were pretty slow and uneased, but it wasn't too bad. I liked the flips near the end though.
