Right, you need to work on easing and stiffness. Try to move every joint in the frame and take a look at some tuts. Try Baha's tut. It really helped me out.

Both your favorite animation and your Newest animation are a bit stiff.
Try and move the back joints at least a lil' bit due to either an anticipation of the action, or a reaction due to sed action.
    Also, watch that foot placement
All and all, just keep practicing!

    hai rainbow, wassup.
Well, your animations aren't the best rite?
    Well, your movements are stiff, shaky and uneased, try moving ALL(yes, all with no exceptions), making easing;

    |-|--|---|----|---|--|-|
    | = Frame
    - = Movement Speed

and to remove shakyness, follow the onionskin accordingly, with flow and easing without stiffness.

Well, that's all i can say.

try using the trail more movement, and use the onion skin in the best way to let you get the movements smooth and ... after that, train reaction, gravity, and the like ...
    good luck! courtesy?

In your newest animation your foot placement was very good. However it was very choppy. The back and legs were very stiff as well. Try to ease more and I mean to mover every single joint in every frame to eliminate stiffness. Try to spend more time on your animations and easing to make them smoother so they can turn out much better. Keep practicing!

Re: Rainbow's Thread! :D [ALL COURTESY BEING RETURNED!] (poll!)

    Ok lets see

Your walk is improving but its very stiff and needs alot of work.... you should Like the others said Follow the onion skin properly and make sure your animations dont improperly shake for no reason... that will make the whole animation look like shit..

Your Punch is your best one Little to no bad foot placement except the back foot little shakyness and overall smooth... still needs work

I give you Low Mid Beginner your improving to and Im expecting much out of you my student
