Well, it's good, if you started 5 weeks ago or something...
It was very choppy, very stiff. Look at some tutorials. Remember to move every joint in every frame. It might take a long time, but it turns out well. Oh, and remember, when the stick figures are talking make sure you put in what they are saying.

Easing is a technique to even out your spacing and make your animation look smooth and, well, eased. So lets imagine for a second that the symbol '|' s a frame while '-' is the amount of pixels you moved a segment in that frame.

A typical beginer's easing is defined like so: |-|--|-|--|-|-|-|---| It's unbalanced and flat-out incorrect. To make an animation on the status of being able to watch it with ease would most commenly follow this spacing: |-|--|---|-----|---|--|-|

preferably, you'd want to take a look at this http://www.darkdemon.org/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=22662.

okay so on your ani's it quite stiff, you have to move every node every frame in a position of movement. it's best you work on basics: running, walking, punching, kicking, jumping, etc. just keep on practicing, look at some higher rank animators, preferably vets and some elites, maybe some interz. that is all

    rank:Low-beginner.

*You must be prepared for harsh critique. What I offer is in sight on what you should of done and you may get a offended, but you must understand if you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen of art.
