    Its very uneased and choppy. Try trailing the onion skin better. Do you have FPS on 19?

    ok your anims are pretty good for being new.
    YOU need to work on the flow though and it is pretty easy once you get the hang of it. just use the onion skin and think physics when trying to make your stick move. how fast whatever it is moving also counts like on your ragdoll one. you shoudnt have made him stop like that unless you would have made him sway a from side to side. that would have worked or you could have eased him until it seemed resonable to make him stop. also try moving all the joints when moving and if you drag a stickman like in your ragdoll one then he isnt going to sway away from where his body started off in the first frame it is going to sway from where he was in the first frame but. like this.
    just an example i am not posting my own anim.

    the smokin 1 was class but the others i noticed that the back was really stiff and apart from that i thought they were quite good

    when animating, have the stick face where it used to be work on choppiness, by easing physics need tweaking, but good still. courtesy??

    I think you should not do Regdol yet. Learn to do well running, walking ... Finally a shot ...
    But overall, not bad for you. Try!
