OK, so first of all, welcome to Darkdemon.

So,I see you have the basic knowledge of what to do in pivot, how to animate,do effects such as gunshots,to not just use a default stick.

The three basic rules that everybody usually needs to work at (including myself) are:

Easing-The best example I could give you of easing is a car.A car doesn't instantly stop and start. It starts of slow, faster, faster, full speed, slower, slower stop.I'LL have an example posted.

Stiffness-Move every body part every frame, kinda ties in with easing so ease every body part that your moving.

Footwork-I didn't see much problems with this in your animations but keep in mind that when somebody walks, they keep one foot in the same position and the other goin' forward.

Also, try to keep the animaton flowing and not so choppy like I saw with some frames.

Overall,I still think your animations are very well done.

I famous tutorial that helps a lot of people,Baha's Tutorial:

(P.S. If somebody asks for courtesy,it means to reply to their thread, if you didn't already know.)
One of the funniest things I've seen on DarkDemon:

It's a very good thing that you're working on basic movements. I don't like when people try to jump to full length animations. Everything seems to be coming along pretty well. There's normal old beginner stuff in there: some stiffness, fidgitiness, awkward reactions, physics are a bit off, not really much movement spacing.. But don't worry! Everybody starts as a beginner. Keep it up!
