    Right. I Like the ideas for them, but you need to work on easing, spacing etc, etc. Easing is where you move every joint every frame a tiny bit, and also, when you start a movement, i.e someone raising their arm, you move it with increasing amounts every frame, then coming to the end of the movement, decreasing amounts every frame, so that it won't look unnatural. The result will be like a car accelerating, then deccelerating. check out Darrens tutorial here, it's really helpful.
