    I saw a king,but I didn't see a hill,lol.
Welcome back to pivot, and here's some CC.

The animation was good,I liked the triple-lined backround, nobody else ever uses anything like that, the idea was creative, but still,I saw no hill.About the movements, they were good until the red king kicked the blue guy in mid-air,he seemed to kick too fast. Also when the blue guy hit the ground,he was as stiff as a rock.I think he should of bounced higher and let his limbs flop after hitting the ground.

I would like to see this continued, this is entertaining overall.

I'm seeing some nice ideas from you, which is good. One of your main problems so far is stiffness, a lot of beginners have that problem. Try loosen up the limbs a bit, look at some tutorials and higher ranked animations for studying if you need to as well. Once you improve on movements, you can move on to more complex effects etc. Keep it up, you're doing nicely so far.
