    I don't know what it is so you can decide but I don't think low begginer

    Yes, you got the ranking right. Work on basics before moving onto effects.

    Low beginner. Try to improve on easing, and stiffness before you start shooting beams and stuff. Check out the pivot tutorials section. I think some of the tutorials might help you.
