    Once again man who dreams of being a ninja, the last death I rushed, just wanted to finish the damn piv. lol

    You need to work on easing and stiffness. You had almost no frames in between each movement. Look at some tutorials either on here or on youtube.Trust me, I got it down really fast. The first person part was a really cool idea though.

    That is pretty good for a first animation, i mean u have a really good animation storyline just need to work on the animating side-

    make a yt account post some there if u already havent u will get lots of feedback
    and also take tutorials there-

    Go to dd's tuts and you take the large tutorial do some test and u will VASTLY improve

    courtesy is going to and probably commenting on someone's thread.

    you give it by going to their thread and commenting. Most people have thread links in their signature.

    Read some tutorials, pretty good for some firsts though. Ease is your main priority right now. Don't make some shitty long animation before maybe doing some tests on the basics like flow, easing, physics, stiffness. All that good stuff.
    Good work, cool ideas.
    Keep practicing. You'll get better.

    Read Darren's Tutorial...

    Work on stiffness, move each other joints, make it more fluid. Remember to animate with ease.

    I say that you should speed up the frame rate a little, and I also think you need to work on smoothness and easing. But for beginner it was ok.
