Ok that was ok. You need to work on your basics a lot and make your own sticks. Don't take them from droidz. Also you need to not worry about effects as much as realism. Look at some tutorials for some help.

Courtesy? (That's where you comment on my thread because I commented on yours.

It's not terrible but definately needs some work.
Try easing, Physics, and more fluid movements.
but, hey we all start out somewhere. Nice animation anyways.
    Kur-teh-C?

Make sure, when you're moving a character, make it ease.

    Meaning,

Start out with small movements, then gradually progress to larger movements, then gradually go back to small movements.

    Re: My thread? (Beginner)

You have a lot of stiffness and it is not eased. You need to practice running and walking. The animations are to choppy, but that not the main problem. Almost all begginers (I'm a begginer too, don't get me wrong)
think smoothnes is the main thing. They are wrong. Smoothness is something you need to follow but if you try to make a very smooth animation, the first comment would be "It nice and smooth, but way to slow".
Also, you need to make them more realistic. Check Baha's (Darren's) tutorial. You're a low-begginer, but don't worry, I have seen animations that are 2 times worst than yours! Sorry if this sounded offensive, I didn't want to criticise that much but if you would fix those mistakes you got you would be a high-begginer.
Check my anims too, I updated them fixing the run loop. Link is in signature.
