Try and work on your smoothness of the animation, and moving all the joints of the stick. :/
And maybe a bit easing.

Whoa bro I really like your ideas!! Keep it up and work on stiffness and easing and you'll have some great animations on your hand!

And I can see that, if you compare your last animation (with the crate) and you oldest animation you have improved a lot! You just need some more practice, perfecting movement comes with time and lots of practice. So don't worry dude, it'll work out!
But yeah, same stuff as above, work on the basic things, easing you got pretty much down, but you really need to work some more on your stiffness and physics
