    Nice ideas, but needs better foot placement. Also, try to move more joints in every frame, it'll look a lot better. Keep animating!

    One good thing about your animation is that they're long enough to actually criticize.
    Your foot placement is actually pretty decent and could just use a little but more work.
    On the other hand try to move each stick figure, otherwise your animation is going to look really stiff.
    Again it is great that you are making long nice animations and just keep reading tutorials and practice.

    M16 is way to large... not only do you need to work on easing, stiffness and choppyness, but also proportion. Look at some tutorials.

    Your gun animation could use easing, plus it was stiff and the way your stickman held the gun was kinda weird. Here are tutorials that can help you improve...
