ok so this is my third animation, kind of my 1st because the 1st two were just a quick test to see if everything workd and stuff, so heres my REAL 1st pivot:

Lol. Dude, it's very choppy, and very bad. Try making a movement one frame instead of 2 or 3.
Try moving each joint every frame.

hey its only my 1st real pivot, my other 2 were just tests to see if everything works and stuff
