Your animations are kind of jerky and shaky, but that aside your animations are looking pretty nice. You seem to understand easing and although there is some stiffness it isn't too prominent, it's just the shaky jerky thing you have going on that's holding you back. Try easing a little more and go back to edit frames at the end to work them out. Keep it up man, keep animating and you'll improve quickly.

Some parts of your animations are very shaky and stiff. You must work on easing and physics. The Joint with GoD was very good animated. Imo you are Med Beginner.

I will comment your animations overall. They are great and have some cool movements. The thing you should be working on now, would be preventing shakiness. You almost have the basics of easing, but it will complete itself as you animate more and more.
    Shakiness.
In your animations, the movements seem random and out of place at times. That is because you haven't planned the movement before you animate it. This causes shakiness because you don't know where the movement is leading. When you start an animation, you will have a starting point. What you need is a finishing point. When you don't know where the movement is going to, every frame might lead to a different ending point than the frame before and after.
Another thing that would help, is to look at the frames before the frame you're working on. Look how the movement is developing, gaining or slowing in speed and how the limbs move as to each other. All this analyzing will lead to more flowing and unshaky movements.
