i don't want to come off as negative I'm just trying to help but your animation are very stiff, each frame you should move every joint, unless he was frozen or something or is leaning on a stable wall. you should also make sure spacing is right( the person should start to move slow, then faster each frame until the speed is right(it depends what the action is to know what speed is right) then you should still move that fast into the next move and make that movement just as fast) so that it flows and after the guy stops moving or slows down you can ease, so you make him and the limbs move smaller spaces.
check out some tutorials, you can get a mentor too, and keep practicing

E: also the tremor on the ground should go the same direction, 1 part cant go down and one goes up, it should also be faster and the stickmen should go up and down with the tremor.

ohh, mate, u really need to practise but then again so do i, lol.
first off all move every dot in every frame unless he is frozen like that other guy said and u need to do easing and frame work like moving it in same speed so it looks more realistic and u should consider looking at some tutorials and doing some tests like running tests and easing tests and physic tests ect.
