    hmm i can tell you are a beginner at this program.
    When the guy gets hit in the head and falls down try to move some of the limbs up and down when he hits the ground and don't make everything to sudden ease it out abit so it will look smoother
    RANK=low beginner

    ^I'll elaborate/add my own views:
    Easing basically means animating in a way that makes everything seem to have weight. When something moves, it has to gradually move faster and faster. When it stops, it has to gradually move slower.

    When the guy throws the ball, there needs to be more anticipation. That just means adding in some extra frames to show the guy getting ready to throw the ball (drawing arm back, shifting weight, etc.) so that the movement looks more realistic.

    There's some interesting physics when the other guy gets hit by the ball, as well as when he does the flip. There's not much explaining to do as far as physics goes; you'll know it's right when it is.

    Keep animating

    Well...It was stiff. VERY stiff. And, when the man throws the ball, the ball needs to have weight, like drop a bit.
    Check darren's tutorial about easing.
