    Well, on the first note congratulations on 300 subscribers!

    Anyway, to the animation... It's quite slow and uneased, your pretty decent at effects so i'd say work at the basics like easing, reducing stiffness, footplacement and other physic essentials. Your a decent animator, keep animating
