I think the first person effects look good, but I couldn't really tell what was going on.

I can't rank you on the joint, because I don't have pivot 3.1
I haz 2.2.5 like most people.
Anyway, the animations with the 'Happy midget' were very hard to follow the plot, next time, try and make your animations more 'understandable'.
I'd say low beginner, its stiff and uneased, and the foot placement was bad, I'd recommend darren's tutorial.
    Courtsey?

The Gun one is the Joint. I added it so the people without Pivot3 could still see it at least. Im guessing that if I wanna make a joint, use Pivot 2.2.5

    Plot?

Okay, so the big main issue here is that there's absolutely no plot in your animation. I don't mind some randomness, but this is a bit too random. Try to think of something, before you make it, instead of just taking a stick figure and doing something random with it. Further I see you need a lot of work on you movements. Try to watch some tutorial for this. Also try to make it look realistic. Use a floor, instead of letting people pop up from nowhere and stuff, because that is the main starters issue. Further we've got easing. Here's a famous easing schedule: |-|--|---|----|---|--|-| |=New Frame. -=1/2 pixels movement. Let things flow out a bit. This way animation will look less stiff and more natural and smooth. If you make it too smooth it looks cartoon-ish, that's cool, but it's not realistic. Check Darrens tutorial and look up the easing part. There's a lot of stuff you should know about easing. I'd actually look trough the whole tutorial, it probably helps you a lot with your future animating. Here's a link of the best Pivot tutorial men knows: viewtopic.php?f=36&t=22662. If I were you I'd do some animating tests on movements and easing and maybe even effects. Examples are: running, jumping, walking, combo's, punches, kicks, etc. The best way to show off movements are fight, but I'd recommend not to do them to much, because it's not really original to animate fights and I'm getting bored of them the whole time. For now I'd say Low Beginner, but you'll improve if you follow this comment. Courtesy?

    Re: My animations (Returning Courtesies)

Like previously mentioned, it is quite hard to keep track of what is going on. This is because of the constant switch between 1st person. It has some good bits, though.
I have an idea for you, as you like 1st person so much, but it will take a lot of skill to make.
If you can get it to look good, you will be loved everywhere... I think.
Anyway, you COULD (I am not saying should.) make an animation where the screen is split into 2. One side is 1st person, and the other side is the exact same scene, but normally. Don't post it if you don't want to, don't make it if you don't want to, but I think it is a good idea.
