They are stiff, choppy and uneased. I won't link you to Darren's tutorial because everyone does that and it is getting really old.

And shot again. And again. And if you die you will still be shot again.

Don't ever do that. People give their opinion on your animations, for all you know they could be terrible at animating themselves but if you post on here and wont take any advice then there is no point being here. Anyway, back on topic..

Basically try to move every joint in every frame a little, and try adding effects..

i agree, dont just say whats bad about his/her animations without CC and especially if you are worse because there are almost no momvements in your animation DarkWu and they are stiff and choppy and dont flow.

anyways, your animations are stiff but to fix this just try to move every joint in each frame so movements will look nore natural, for smoothness just try to follow the onion skin(grey outline that represents the last frame) and ease, which is slowing down/speeding up movements after a stick man starts/stops moving. ex:

    |-|--|---|-----|--------|----|---|--|-|

    |=frame
    -=movements size.
    keep it up!

E:@cheeseOnT DarkWu gave absolutely no advice, so he has every write to say that.

Fair point, but I was just making sure he doesn't neglect all CC, sorry for posting twice on here.

yeah im working on stiffness, its kinda hard to perfect.
i figured if i make my animations faster it will make them look better, think that will work?

no, you wnt to take as much time as possible on animations to make them lok good, especially tweaking/editing. try and be as patient as possible, i know it sucks but its worth it.

Keep your animations in that thread from now on. Do not make any more animation threads,
