    the first one is choppy, and stiff. The second one is way too fast. and judgeign by your avartar, your running needs work. Check out the tutorials section. Here is a link to the tutorial master list.

    On the puch animation he should have moved his legs forward to make a step and it would have looked better.. it was pretty smooth but if he moved \his llegs ot would have been better..

    The kick/punch/roll looked okay if it wwasnt so fast...

    Great job animatin!

    They're ok, real good for first anis. The roll thingy didn't seem so fast to me, but that's prolly cuz im using ie. If you don't want it so fast, put a larger frame delay when you save it as a gif, but not too much. 6 is average. I use about 8.

    Movements need work not very realistic sometimes choppy, Look at some tuts and stuff and you will be alright.

    Not bad. Needs to be slower, stronger spacing, and impact needs to show out/up more. But I like it. Nice teleportation style.

    In your animations the people are way to stiff. They need to relax more. When someone punches have them lean in a little and when there is a beam have them get pushed back.

    I think your pretty close to inter, just work on smoothing out your animations a little more, I think there pretty good though. )
