    Sorry, but no, it's too stiff, check some tutorials about easing. Further I'd recommend you to upload .gif's, that'd save time uploading to YouTube and making video, etc. Also better quality.

    Check Darren's tutorial in the tutorial section and I promise you, it'll help you a lot.

    i am afraid not.
    its far too stiff and rather choppy. to be med begginer you will need to have a little knowlege of the basics

    I Think that your animation is stiff and the foot placement is off.
    I like the simplicity of the effects.
    To improve work on your foot placement, make sure it is in the same place in each frame. If you really need help with it, create a stick, make it static and put the thickness at 0. Put the stick on the heel or front of the foot of your stick man, and make sure it is aligned each frame.
    Make sure you're moving each joint in each frame.
