You need to work on foot placement, and flow because at the moment you are animating stiffly and your foot placement seems off, work on your run also, what i suggest doing is animate your pants off and look at tutorials, you will improve, over time.

the foot placement seemed fine to me.
you need to add a bit more flow and smooth it up a little.
the run at the end should also be faster.

It looked pretty smooth. Some of the attacks did not look realistic at all though. At the kick you should not animate the stick bend backwards, instead have the sticks spine and head bend forwards and the arms back, this shows more force in the kick.

I liked the ninja running towards the end XD Make some more stuff so we can give you more help in our comments.

The back is incredibly stiff in this animation. The run looked very odd. Try to add more flow into it. Look up a few tutorials, there are some good ones in the tutorial section.

Woah you're pretty good! From that animation we can see that you understand how to easily animate a punch and a kick! Also that running was really good. There were only a few problems I noticed such as, it was slower than what would happen if somebody in real life did execute those movements, and that their back wouldn't be as stiff. I would rank you as a medium beginner. But I reckon you could get a higher rank easily!

The initial punches were around med-high beg, but from then on it was kinda low-med beg. Stiff w/bad foot placement, but well eased. Not too bad, but only med-beg for now.
    Courtesy please?
