    Creeper's Thread

Alright, Hope I'm doing this right. Here's some of my Animations.

I'm Not really that good at animating yet, so I'm trying to get the basics down. Here's a little "Flow" (I think it's called) Test.

Ok Creeper heres how it goes since your a beginner..show lots of movement in every joint not just an arm..by the way..that was stiff..soo...make a walking or fightin animation that shows movements..and people will rank you...

well although the animation was really short and only moved 2 joints in the whole animation, they were good movements. so definately try some more advanced movements like a kick or a flip. look up a good tut in the tutorial section, that will help you a lot.

I wouldn't jump right into what the other two above said. I thought for basic's the way you are going is the correct way. I have done some advanced movements and animating that was good but in other areas it lacked. I say check out the tutorial for spacing. Do not jump right into flips and stuff now. animate for fun while trying to do stuff you have learned from the tutorials and when you feel like you got that down go for a little harder stuff. Dont take what people say to heart on this site. I feel that some advice is wrong but thats my opinion. From some of my experience in animating and not going up in skill. I think its because i lacked the basics. This is what you need to learn. Look up spacing, movements and basic fighting. do some animations with that. Then go and try the harder stuff.
    Check out my thread.
