Haha, that animation almost had me laughing
I really loved the 'hammer punch', it looked very nicely done. Simple and yet attractive!
For you I'd say you practice flowing your movements more. With this I mean that you should make all your movements kind of flow into one continuous movement. Right now it looks like a lot of your movements are separated by pauses and stops, and that makes it kind of hard for the eyes to watch. That is what we on the forum call 'stop-n-go'. Try not to have that.

Good job man, please post more animations!

I fairly enjoyed that one mate! I liked the hammer punch thing, it was animated well, but when the hammer was drawn back; it looked as though it was just a hammer, not part of his hand. I also caught some shakiness in the legs quite a bit. The explosion was slightly lazy. Overall I liked the idea and the animation itself, kbye

Nice job! Your animation looks really good, your just need a little work on timing and your feet placement. I liked the hammer punch the best! (simple yet effective)

The foot placement could use some work, but it's really good! It's pretty smooth, as well!
Is that the only animation you have?
