Your latest one looks good except the in certain area it looks a bit shaky (the hand). In your New ones they don't look as smooth/nice as your newest one and you should ease a little more in them.

you actually have pretty good use of easing, just maybe work on a few spacing issues, but other than that this looks like a really good start!

Hands go really werdly in the end other than that its good.
It seems that you have advanxed quite a lot on the latest ( or the stck figure makes it look better)
You should try to think trough your moves... like how would you do it in real life, you know.

Your animations are well done!
I see your progress from your older animations to newest one.
One thing i can recommend is longer animations,
and keep practicing!
